Little Merlion is a Singaporean bilingual kindergarten located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar’s business district—giving busy parents a trusted, convenient place for their children to learn and grow.
Our curriculum, grade structure, facilities, timetable, daily activities and parent events are thoughtfully organized in line with Singapore preschool standards. Children learn in a warm bilingual environment guided by a caring team of Mongolian and English-speaking Filipino teachers.
With only 6–8 children per teacher, every child receives close attention, meaningful support and more opportunities to participate. Our extended 12-hour day, from 7:30 to 19:30, is designed around working families—so quality early education stays close to your workplace and fits your day.

FOUNDER
Uyanga Orgil
With a professional background in finance and business management, Uyanga Orgil founded Little Merlion Kindergarten to bring her vision and experience into early education and child development.
She believes every child deserves the opportunity to grow at their own pace, guided by their individual interests and strengths, in an environment filled with safety, warmth and care. Guided by this philosophy, she is building Little Merlion as a community that brings together child development, quality education, positive relationships and the needs of modern families.

Oyuna Lash
Oyuna Lash is a board member of Little Merlion Kindergarten and previously worked at Microsoft Corporation.
She believes early childhood education provides an important foundation for a child’s educational journey.
Children experience English and Mongolian naturally through conversation, stories, projects and play.
Our teachers plan engaging, age-appropriate experiences that build curiosity and strong foundations.
Close relationships with children and families help every learner feel secure, capable and ready to participate.
